Our internship program offers an opportunity for deeper involvement in cross-cultural ministry. Interns live and work alongside our missionary team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of ministry while exploring whether God is calling them to missions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily Ministry
Participate in our regular ministry activities including compassion ministry, community outreach, and church partnerships.
Team Support
Help host short-term mission teams, assisting with logistics, translation, and program coordination.
Spanish Studies
Develop your Spanish skills through formal lessons and daily immersion in a Spanish-speaking environment.
Leadership Development
Grow in leadership through increasing responsibility and opportunities to lead ministry initiatives.
Spiritual Formation
Deepen your faith through team devotions, mentorship, and cross-cultural ministry experience.
Cultural Learning
Immerse yourself in Guatemalan culture through daily interactions, local church involvement, and community engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active church membership
- At least 18 years old (or completed high school)
- Ability to raise financial support for living expenses
- Servant heart and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and adaptability to cross-cultural living
- Background check clearance
